• A free, one-time demonstration of the Reiner product will be offered to clients upon request.
• The demonstration includes operational guidance, basic setup instructions, and functionality checks.

2.Pre-Sales and After-Sales Support

We provide full support to clients both before and after purchase, including:

• Product selection guidance
• Technical assistance
• Troubleshooting and training
• Ongoing support is available during business hours via email, phone, or scheduled appointments.

3.Inspection Before Collection

• Clients are required to inspect and test the machine at the time of collection or prior to delivery.
• Any faults or issues must be reported immediately during the inspection.
• By accepting the product at the time of collection/delivery, the client confirms it is in full working order.

4.Refunds and Returns

• No refunds or returns will be accepted for opened ink cartridges or used consumables, unless proven defective upon initial inspection.
• Once the product has been collected or delivered and accepted in working condition, it is deemed as sold.

5.Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to delivery or collection of any Reiner JetStamp products or accessories.
• No orders will be dispatched or released without proof of full payment received.

6.Warranty

• Products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty, covering defects in materials or workmanship, as per Reiner's official terms.
• Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or use of non-approved consumables.

• By placing an order or proceeding with payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this disclaimer.
